At LIVE! Activewear, we want you to feel confident in your gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
